Suso Beach Plaza Resort Corporation (SBPRC), a duly registered corporation in the Philippines with offices in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines and London, England, is a British-Filipino joint venture.
SBPRC Management Team has more than 176 years of combined experience in real estate and tourism development:
- real estate development planning of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial estates; horizontal and vertical, condominium, and mix-used developments;
- construction project management
- property management;
- resort-hotel condominium development and management;
- tourism estates management;
- the British partners have completed and have successfully managed projects in Goa, India and the United Kingdom.
The Management Team
NEIL CLOUTMAN. An accomplished British lawyer from the United Kingdom, entrepreneur, developer, newspaper publisher, and financial adviser. Currently, President of the Ilocos Sur Chapter of the Chamber or Real Estates and Builders Association (CREBA).
JAMES WRIGHT. A successful British entrepreneur, he has been in the hotel and construction business for the past 25 years. His business interests knows no boundaries as evidenced by the companies / properties he founded both here and in Europe.
CHARLIE M. ROMIG. An American systems engineer by profession, he has an impressive track record in property development and management, particularly high rise mix-uses, commercial and residential. He is a co-founder and an officer in various capacities of several companies involved in property management consulting, communications and IT systems.
MANDY C. PROTACIO. A licensed Filipino civil engineer, he is a veteran in all the various aspects of construction and project management both locally and overseas. He has been involved in the construction, as well as the management of numerous prestigious projects.
EDDIE REBUENO DECENA. A Filipino entrepreneur and management consultant with deep background in marketing, tourism, real estate development and management, among others. He has been involved in numerous prestigious tourism-related and property development and management projects.
