The Oriental Terraces Spa & Resort is located at Balangen, Suso, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur. It has the majestic Cordillera Mountain as its backdrop and the alluring South China Sea in its foreground.
The historic, World Heritage Site, city of Vigan is a short, 30-minute, drive. Many other interesting places to visit are just minutes away such as Suso Beach – a long stretch of golden sand facing the deliciously blue South China Sea, great for swimming, fishing or just relaxing with a picnic.
The mountainous province of Abra is just 40 minutes away. Abra is set amongst the majestic Cordillera mountains that shelter the resort from tropical storms and capture the life giving rains that ensure our over-abundant spring water resources. The beautiful rivers and mountain trails offer many spectacularly picturesque locations for picnics, fishing and photography.
The church in nearby Santa Maria has been designated a World Heritage Site. All around there are fine examples of magnificent Spanish architecture and in San Esteban (five minutes away) there is the old Spanish lighthouse.
Pinsal Falls is a nationally famous beauty spot – just 30 minutes from the resort. It has been the setting for many films and also is famous for ‘Angalo’s Footprint’ – the legendary Ilocano giant
