1. Where exactly is The Oriental Terraces Spa & Resort?
The development is 35-minutes drive South of Vigan or about 20-minutes drive North of Candon, in Ilocos Sur; it is five minutes from the historic, World Heritage Site church in the town of Santa Maria; it is on the ocean side of the national highway; and, fronts the alluring South China Sea.

2. What is a Resort Condominium?
A Resort Condominium is a fully operational resort where the individual rooms/units are owned by private individuals like you. Owners can share in the income from the resort through the rental pool. Owners with units in the rental pool receive income every time visitors stay at the resort.

3. How Can You Guarantee Income For Unit Owners?

4. How secure is my ownership/title?
Rock solid! A Condominium Certificates of Title (CCT) will be issued to each unit owner. The CCTs are registered at the Land Registry and give you all the rights of a landowner – just like a Land Title. You can mortgage it, sell it, give it away or pass it on to your children. Whether you are a Filipino or a Foreigner you have the same rights of ownership under the law governing CCTs.

5. Is there any restriction on selling my units?
No. We will assist in facilitating the transfer and, for a small commission, even help you find a buyer.

6. How can I be sure I am getting value for money?
Our exclusive Spa & Resort concept blended with a Medi-spa and Cosmetic Surgery Treatments Center is unique, so there is nothing to compare it with. 11. Will there be a parking space with the apartment?
Yes, a limited number of parking spaces and secure storage spaces are available for unit investors for an extra cost. Please ask us at the time of reversing your resort condominium unit if you think you would like to reserve a parking space or secure storage space also.
